Since 1904, Mt Lehman Community Hall has stood as more than just a building — it’s been the pulse of our community. Weddings, anniversaries, potlucks, fundraisers, dances, memorials, play groups, Fall Fair, holiday markets — generations have gathered here to celebrate, connect, and support one another. It's where neighbours become friends and memories are made.
We continue to write the next chapter of the Hall’s story — and we need your help to do it.
A Major Renovation Is Underway
Thanks to an $80,000 grant from the Province and another $80,000 from the Mount Lehman Community Association’s savings, the first phase of renovations is complete:
· Repaired the east wing foundation
· Upgraded and modernized the kitchen
· Fully renovated the washrooms
· Installed sound-absorbing panels
· Painted the entire interior
· Added a new on-demand hot water system
· Installed new front entry doors
· Power-washed the exterior
· Cut back invasive blackberry growth from the tennis courts
We’ve made significant progress — but we’re not done yet. To complete the next phase of improvements and ensure the Hall remains safe, functional, and welcoming for all, we need to raise additional funds from within our own community.
